Prolific Launches PdM Solution with ITRI for Smart Agriculture
Prolific Technology Inc. has long been committed to the development of advanced AIoT and sensing technologies. Recently, the company successfully launched a high-precision motor Predictive Maintenance (PdM) solution by leveraging its self-developed electromechanical integration technologies. The system integrates AIoT smart sensing, AI-based health analysis, and visualized diagnostic warning technologies, enabling real-time self-diagnosis of motors and accurate prediction of equipment abnormalities. This helps customers optimize maintenance efficiency and reduce the risk of unexpected downtime.
To accelerate the commercialization of this technology, Prolific Technology has entered into close collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), officially introducing this PdM system into ITRI’s new smart autonomous cattle-feeding vehicle. By integrating the predictive maintenance module with the vehicle’s drive motor, the solution successfully adds a high-value “motor self-diagnosis” function to ITRI’s agricultural automation product, ensuring that the equipment can maintain stable and precise 24-hour operation even in complex and harsh farm environments.
This collaboration not only validates the outstanding performance of Prolific’s IC products in motor diagnostic applications, but also demonstrates the company’s development strategy of focusing on high-value, high-entry-barrier application markets, as emphasized in its investor conference. Looking ahead, Prolific Technology will continue to expand this PdM solution into diversified blue-ocean markets, including industrial automation, green energy power systems, and smart automotive sensing, creating greater value for customers.
