Corporate Governance Zone
The Company has published the complete contents of internal regulations such as “Internal Material Information Processing Procedures” and “Corporate Governance Practice Guidelines” on the Company’s website (Corporate Governance Zone).
The aforementioned regulations include the stock trading control measures for the Company’s internal personnel from the date of learning the Company’s financial reports or related performance contents, including (but not limited to) that directors shall not trade their stocks during the closed period of thirty days before the announcement of the annual financial report and fifteen days before the announcement of each quarterly financial report.
This year, the Company conducted an “Education and Promotion Program on Laws and Regulations Regarding Insider Trading Prevention” for current directors, managers, executive officers, and employees.
The course covered the Securities and Exchange Act’s provisions on insider trading prevention, responsibilities, case studies, and a promotional video (1 hour, 86 participants). Upon completion, a quiz was administered to assess learning outcomes, achieving a 100% pass rate.
