Corporate Governance Manager
The company’s board of directors passed a resolution on March 4, 2025, appointing Mr. Dean Lin as the head of corporate governance to protect shareholders’ rights and interests and strengthen the functions of the board of directors. Mr. Dean Lin has more than three years of experience in financial accounting management at a public company.
