Compensation & Benefits

Insurance and Retirement System
We provide all legally required Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance, along with company-funded group insurance, occupational accident insurance, accident and medical coverage, and overseas business travel insurance. Employees may also purchase discounted group insurance for their family members.
Employees may apply for retirement if they meet any of the following conditions:
(1) 15 years of service and age 55 or above;
(2) 25 years of service;
(3) 10 years of service and age 60 or above.
Labor Retirement Reserve Fund(The Old Fund):
Pension funds are deposited in a dedicated account supervised by the Labor Pension Committee. Eligible employees receive pension payments based on years of service and their average monthly salary at retirement.
Labor Pension Fund(The New Fund):
The company contributes 6% of monthly salary to each employee’s personal pension account, and also assists with voluntary additional contributions upon request.
